In order to consolidate platforms and improve the quality of content across the business's top products, my team set out on a cross functional initiative consisting of over 50 project members from cross functional areas of the company.
The focus over the project's timeline was to:
- improve the user experience, which meant updating navigation, taxonomy, and overall design visuals,
- in addition to updating the content that was being served, which resulted in 500+ documents being reviewed, 100+ claims approved, and a consistent template that can be scaled out for growth.
Within a year, https://products.integralife.com was relaunched and is operating as the leading website within the companies portfolio.
