As an emerging technology and intelligence organization, it was imperative that TikaMobile begin optimizing the social media channels and strategy. Launching by May 2020, dramatic increases in impressions and engagement began to erupt across LinkedIn, Twitter and FaceBook. With the development of additional video content, a newly created YouTube channel was founded to represent the company.
Strategically, developing content and interactive graphics became the number one priority. As time went on, changes to the content development and organization of different themes and topics drew further engagement across the channels, doubling traffic, engagement and impressions in under 90 days.
