This was the first large scale project completed for investment purposes. With 20+ years of living and no updates, this project took on the basics of painting the entire unit, replacing floors, lights, doors, hardware and doing a full reno of the kitchen. The bathroom was glazed and refurnished with new hardware and vanity. The project took a total of 41 days (over 6 months, I have full time job!), and used a budget of $7,500.

Cue the smell of fresh paint, new floors and butcher block countertops for your freshly flipped kitchen. The paint completely brightened up the apartment, while the new doors look the look of ware and tear away and replaced it with privacy. The vinyl floors supported easy maintenance while providing waterproof safety and sound barrier for the downstairs neighbors. New appliances, hardware, backsplash and open storage providing an open concept and fresh look. All complete with new lights, updated closet space and regrouted kitchen floors. Welcome to Unit C2.
Add 20+ years of living to any space and it will require some TLC. The biggest overhaul was cleaning out the apartment and removing the linolium floors, kitchen cabinets and appliances, and old doors, plus 3 coats of paint on the cieling, walls and trim.
