36 Square foot mini renovation for a moody and functional half-bath.
This half bath needed a mini makeover on a budget. All black matte plaint, new hardware and bath fixtures paired with funky art made this half bath go from a place of business to a place a luxury. This flip included updated light fixtures, including a mini chandalier, toilet paper holder, bath towel holders, and art deco wall paper. The project totaled $600 and took one day to complete (once the paint dried!).
