Closet renovation to enable a private and easy to clean place for the cat litter boxes.
The Trickey Cathroom is a closet renovation project done for both utility and design, taking a stairway closet and turning it into a functional bathroom for the cats. Previously equipped with a pet door for easy access, the project included rug removal and vinyl floor installation, hanging wall paper and replacing light fixtures.
The Final Results
Functional and pretty! New floors have made it so much easier to maintain and keep clean, even when the old boy has accidents. The wall paper adds dimension and color, and the new light fixture will always be better than an ugly tie pull.
Before Renovation
This really is just a closet with litter boxes and a place to store litter bags and litter. The carpet had become enemy number one with an aging cat, so bring on the rennovation.
